CREDIT CARD
Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Applepay or Qpay. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.
- Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
