- Free returns in Sandro Doha Festival City store or by pickup (Final sale products not eligible)
- Full Price items maybe returned within 7 days and Sale items may be returned within 3 days upon receipt of delivery
- All items being returned must be in original condition. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bags, belts, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.

- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
