- Full Price items maybe returned within 7 days and Sale items may be returned within 3 days upon receipt of delivery
- All items being returned must be in original condition. If the item(s) being returned were received with a gift, the gift item must also be returned in its original condition. - Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
